Nigeria is not left out from this pandemic disease, where it has so far been recorded in some cities in the country chief among which is Lagos and FCT, and some other states like Rivers, Kaduna, Bauchi, Akwa Ibom, Ogun State are also not left out. This has lead the Government to take drastic measures to curtail this infectious disease thereby mandating the citizens to stay at home for at least the period of 14 days starting from 1st, April 2020.
However, some citizens have laid concerns over staying at home for the amount of the time due to the fact that those individuals actually make their income on daily basis to cater for their family needs. This has led to some of those individuals facing off with the law enforcement agents.
Today being the 2nd of April, a member of the Nigerian army in Warri along Warri – NPA Express Road shot one Mr. Joseph Pessu dead. The victim was driving from his house to take his dad to the hospital when he met his demise. Even though he tried explaining to the military personnel of the reason he was driving.
